You open it. You stare at it. You close the tab.

You've read about this. You've watched people demonstrate it. You may even be paying for a subscription to it right now.

And then you open it, and there's a blank box, and you type something vague, and you get something vague back, and you close the tab and do the work by hand like you always did.

Here's what I eventually worked out. The people getting real value out of this aren't better at writing clever instructions. They worked out which parts of their own job were worth handing over in the first place — and that list is specific to your role, which is exactly why no video covers it.

Once I had my list, the freeze stopped. Not because I got smarter. Because I stopped opening a blank box with no idea what belonged in it.
