3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refund policy:
    • All requests for refund made in 60 days from purchase will be willy refunded in 7 days from request.

All materials provided during the Services are the property of Business Vision Academy or its licensors. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.
  • Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Vision Academy from any claims arising from their actions during the Services.
